HARRISONBURG, Va. – Balanced scoring and stifling defense powered James Madison women's basketball to a 69-45 victory over Towson on Friday evening, stretching the Dukes' win streak to four (7-7, 3-0 CAA) while the Tigers lost a fourth straight contest (5-8, 0-3 CAA).
Redshirt sophomore Kayla Cooper-Williamsnotched a double-double off a career-best 16 points and a season-high 13 points. She was joined in double-figure scoring by sophomore Lexie Barrier (18 points), sophomore Kamiah Smalls(12 points) and redshirt sophomore Kelly Koshuta(11 points).

ON THE BLOCK
The Dukes reached double figure blocks as a team for the first time this season, and the first time since Feb. 21, 2016 (11 vs. Towson), as six Dukes combined to deny 10 Towson shot attempts.
