Important Reminders:
- Request form should be filled out and submitted at least six weeks prior to event.
- Typical set up from Aug 1 – Dec 15 is Club Reception/Game Day Layout and deviations from this set up may not be approved.
- Requests made more than a year in advance may not be able to be considered at that time due to pending JMU Athletics' schedules.
- Submittal of this form is neither a guarantee of facility usage nor confirmation/approval of your event. JMU Event Operations staff will contact you upon receipt of this form. Also, parking arrangements for your event should be made separately by contacting JMU Parking Services at 540-568-3300. JMU Athletics Facilities & Events is not responsible for making parking arrangements.
