HARRISONBURG, Va. - James Madison scored 17 points in the final 4:15 on Tuesday night, hitting all four of its field goals, including three three-pointers, to pull away for a huge 73-66 win over Radford in non-conference men's basketball at the JMU Convocation Center.

The Dukes (7-4) shot well throughout the evening, hitting on 25-of-51 (48.1 percent) field goals and a staggering 57.1 percent (12-of-21) of the three-pointers, while winning the rebounding battle by a 36-24 margin to knock off Radford (6-2), which had received votes in the Associated Press Top-25 Poll for the first time in school history this week.

Senior guard Stuckey Mosley led the Dukes in the effort, getting started early with five first-half three-pointers on his way to a 29-point performance that saw him go 7-of-11 (63.6 percent) from deep while adding five boards.

Sophomore Matt Lewis added three treys, including his final one that sealed the contest with 19.3 seconds left, while racking up 19 points, five boards and five assists. Sophomore Darius Banks chipped in 13 points to go with six rebounds and three assists on the night.

The Dukes built a nine-point first-half lead, holding Radford scoreless from the 10:13 mark to the 2:58 mark (7:15) to go up 32-23, but saw the Highlanders erase the advantage to tie things at 35-35 at halftime.

Radford opened the second half with nine straight points, but the Dukes battled back throughout the period, finally retaking the lead when Mosley buried back-to-back three-pointers to put JMU up, 62-60.

The Dukes pushed the advantage to five before Radford cut it to one, but Lewis hit two free throws, then ran the shot clock down and jarred a step back trey to make it a 72-66 game and put things out of reach.
