Redshirt senior forward Nina Uqdah (Lanham, Md./Riverdale Baptist) led JMU with a game-high 12 rebounds.
The Dukes are now 3-2, while Liberty dropped to 1-5 with its fourth straight loss. The Flames were without Big South preseason Player of the Year Megan Frazee (Xenia, Ohio/Xenia Christian), who has missed the last four games with an injury.
Liberty was led by senior forward Moriah Frazee (Xenia, Ohio/Xenia Christian) and senior guard Rachel Hammond (Clearwater, Fla./Clearwater), who both scored 17 points. Frazee also had a team-high nine rebounds, and Hammond handed out a game-high six assists.
