UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – Against five nationally ranked teams, James Madison cross country finished 13
th as a squad at the Penn State National Open. The Dukes had six runners record personal bests in the 6K.
No. 30 Penn State won their national open with 31 points, while Georgia Tech (63) and RV Tennessee (92) rounded out the top-three. Fellow CAA opponent William & Mary competed in the race and came in seventh with 216 points. The Dukes finished 13
th with 339 points for the team.

- Brooke Manion, Megan Keady, Sophie Bollinger, Clare Morelli, McKenzi Watkins and Sophie Hudak all recorded personal bests in the race
- Manion, Keady, Morelli, Watkins and Hudak all bested their times from the JMU Invitational
- Bollinger upped her personal best from last year's CAA Championship on October 26, 2018
- Jessica Cantrell completed her first collegiate 6K
