Women’s Basketball Lands Pair of SMU Transfers

HARRISONBURG, Va. – James Madison Head Coach Sean O'Regan announced the addition of Kylie Marshall and Bri McLeod to the women's basketball roster for the 2025-26 season.
Marshall makes her way to Harrisonburg after stops at Texas A&M (2023-24) and SMU (2024-25). This past season, the guard played in 30 games with five starts and finished second on the team in three-point percentage at 31.0 (31-of-100).
"Kylie is an athletic, experienced guard who is going to help us immediately," said O'Regan. "Her personality fits who we are, and we are thrilled to have her join the family."
McLeod spent her first two collegiate seasons at Colorado (2022-24) before attending SMU for her junior year, only appearing in two games with the Mustangs due to injury. The 6-3 forward averaged 2.0 and 1.6 rebounds across her 57 games with the Buffaloes.
"We are so excited to have Bri with us," added O'Regan. "There was much-needed depth to be filled in the front court, and we think Bri is the perfect addition to our family."

Marshall and McLeod join a JMU roster that returns 66 percent of its rebounding and 53 percent of its scoring from the 2024-25 and already added Delilah Soltys, Jemma Eleby and Grace McDonough in November.
