Welcome!! We are so excited to have you all back to our beautiful campus here in Harrisonburg, Virginia. Get ready a day full of teaching, competition and evaluation. This camp will combine position play training, small sided matches and full 11v11 games to give you as a player the best opportunity to showcase yourself.
Below you will find a tentative itinerary for the day. A confirmation email will be sent out to the address used at the time of registration confirming the camp's itinerary and location.
2024 JMU Boy's & Girl's Youth Soccer Day Camp
When:Â July 15-19
Where:Â Sentara Soccer Complex, James Madison University (1060 Port Republic Rd, Harrisonburg, VA 22801)
Cost: $160
Who: Ages 6-14
Join us for our Boys & Girls Youth Soccer Day Camp! This camp is open to all youth soccer players who are looking to develop their skills & knowledge of the game while being coached by JMU Women's Soccer staff and players. Our goal is to teach soccer skills in a fun-filled environment and instill a love for the game in every camper! We do this by using an age-appropriate games approach to teaching. Each day will be focused on a specific soccer skill (dribbling, passing, receiving, shooting) as well as an understanding of basic tactical concepts. We want this to be the most exciting camp for your camper all summer!

8:30-9:00am - Player Check-in
9:15am - Welcome/Intros
9:30-10:00am - Warm Up
10:15-11:30am - Small-Sided Games (Goalkeeper training at this time)
11:30-12:00pm - BREAK
12:15pm-1:45pm - 11v11 Matches
2:00pm: Camp Ends
2:30pm: OPTIONAL JMU Campus Tour
What to bring: soccer ball, water, sunscreen, snacks, cleats, goalkeeper gloves (if applicable)
