QUOTING COACH PEDERSEN
"This was one of our most successful mid-season invites, not in terms of just fast times but in productivity. We had a lot of season-best times as a result from our girls learning and applying things we have been working on to their races. We did not ease up in our training coming into this meet yet the girls still performed at a high level, constantly improving which is the goal every time we are in the pool. Everything is building well together toward our conference championships. John was pleased with his diver's performances as well. They are doing great things on the boards and are just a few details away from putting together really exciting solid lists. They continue to improve and move forward toward the championship portion of the season. All of us coaches are looking forward to just training for the next couple of weeks as we also try to enjoy some of the holiday breaks."
