The Dukes will travel to Hempstead, N.Y. to take on Hofstra in their first conference road game of the year on Friday, Jan. 5, at 7 p.m.
On Tuesday, the Dukes took a three-point lead into halftime, but fell to hot-shooting William & Mary, 84-76 at the Convo.
The Dukes put five players in double figures for the first time since a Dec. 7 contest at The Citadel, led by junior Stuckey Mosley and freshman Matt Lewis, who each had 13.
Freshman Dwight Wilson continued his strong play with 12 points across just 15 minutes, while senior Joey McLean chipped in 10 and junior Develle Phillips racked up 11 points, nine boards and three blocks on the night.
This is the 29th matchup in the all-time series between the Dukes and Pride, with Hofstra holding the series lead, 16-12.
In the last matchup, the Dukes dropped a 71-66 decision in Harrisonburg on Feb. 25, 2017.
Hofstra improved to 8-6 (1-1 CAA) after a 71-70 win over Northeastern on Tuesday.
Against Northeastern, junior Justin Wright-Foreman had 27 points, six rebounds and three steals, senior Rokas Gustys tallied 15 points and 13 rebounds and sophomore Eli Pemberton dropped 13 points.
