THE DUKES

The James Madison Dukes travel to UNCW for their third-straight road game on Friday, Jan. 21. The game was originally scheduled for a 7 p.m. tip-off but will now start at 2 p.m. due to potential inclement weather in the Wilmington area.
JMU is coming off their second-straight loss on Tuesday, Jan. 18 at Delaware, 64-57.
Kiki Jefferson led the Dukes with her second consecutive double-double of 26 points and 10 rebounds.
Jaylin Carodine pulled down a game-high 14 rebounds in the loss. The guard has recorded double-figure rebounds in seven games thus far this season.
Jefferson leads the Dukes and ranks second in the conference in scoring with 18.5 points per game. The junior guard adds 7.2 boards per night.
Carodine is JMU's top rebounder and ranks second in the conference with 10.2 rebounds per game.
Jamia Hazell adds 11.9 points per game for the Dukes while Annalicia Goodman chips in 7.5 points and 7.0 rebounds.

SCOUTING THE SEAHAWKS

The Seahawks welcome JMU to Trask Coliseum for their first game in 12 days due to COVID-19 protocols within the UNCW program.
UNCW lost their last two games against Northeastern (77-67) on Jan. 5 and Drexel (71-68 OT) on Jan. 9.
Sierra DaCosta and Carrie Gross lead the Seahawks in scoring with 13.6 points and 10.4 points per game, respectively.
Leading UNCW on the boards is Micah Hoggatt with 6.3 rebounds per outing.
The Seahawks lead the conference in both free throw percentage (75.8%) and three-point percentage (34.3%).
Gross is shooting 93.3% from the foul line to lead both UNCW and the conference.
