HARRISONBURG, Va. – James Madison will head into its fifth season of FBS football, fresh off a College Football Playoff appearance, with its fourth consecutive sellout of season tickets. The streak of sellouts spans three head coaches as the Dukes enter their first season under the leadership of Billy Napier.
Fans still wishing to attend home JMU football games this fall may purchase single-game tickets, with availability varying across five games. JMU's Oct. 3 Family Weekend matchup with Marshall is fully sold out of public tickets with student reservations later in September. The 2025 season marked the first time JMU sold out of all tickets to all six home games, with the goal of a repeat for the 2026 campaign.
Student tickets will be made available two Tuesdays in advance of each home game. Members of the Student Duke Club receive early access to each game on Mondays before the rest of the student body.
After evaluation of visiting team tickets, student tickets and group tickets, an additional limited number of single game tickets may be released the week of a corresponding game but are not guaranteed for public availability.
For seamless ticket management and to keep up with all JMU Sports teams, fans can download the JMU Athletics app on your mobile device.
SeatGeek is the official secondary ticket partner of JMU Athletics and serves as an additional method to secure game tickets. Fans can also easily sell tickets on SeatGeek directly from their JMU ticket account.
