The JMU Puppy Pound, presented by Chick-fil-A Harrisonburg, is the official kids club of JMU Athletics. Join the Puppy Pound to receive exclusive membership benefits, which includes a t-shirt, Chick-fil-A pre-game events, and much more! Donate two (2) canned food items to the local Martin’s in Harrisonburg, or the ticket office at the Atlantic Union Bank Center and receive a ticket voucher to December JMU men's and women's basketball games. Limited quantities available. One per person. All food donations will benefit the Blue Ridge Area Food Bank. The First 100 donations will receive a free reusable Martin's shopping bag!
Duke Dog Reading Program
Students in Pre-K through Grade 5 have the opportunity to participate in the Duke Dog Reading Program presented by the School of Professional & Continuing Education. Students who read the required amount of books will receive one (1) ticket, which admits the student and two (2) other guests (total of three people), to select JMU basketball games this season. Each student that meets the reading goal will also receive buy one. Get one free digital coupon for a small bag of Shirley's Gourmet Popcorn located in downtown Harrisonburg, Virginia. Each student that submits this form will also be registered to win a Virginia529 College Savings Account valued at $529. One winner will be randomly selected at the end of the Duke Dog Reading Program. The winning class will receive 10% off youth camps courses as well as a full youth program course scholarship for the individual that reads the most.
