Jasmine Waddell (Mount Royal, N.J./Kingsway Regional) earned all-conference honors in two individual events Saturday as James Madison hosted the final day of the Colonial Athletic Association Track & Field Championships at University Park. Waddell was one of eight All-CAA recipients for the Dukes, who finished fifth as a team.

Waddell ran to third-place finishes in both the 100- and 400-meter hurdles. She crossed the line in 14.29 seconds against a field of nine runners in the 100 hurdles, and finished in 1:03.63 in a 17-runner field in the 400 hurdles.

Summer Walter (Warren, Pa./Bayside (Va.)) put an end to a long two days of competition in the heptathlon, earning All-CAA honors with a runner-up finish. Personal records in the javelin, 100-meter hurdles and 800-meter run helped her total 4,638 points, the third most on JMU's all-time list. JuniorÂ
Nicole Gilbert (Hanover, Mass./Hanover) also established a new personal record in the heptathlon, scoring 4,334 points for fifth place out of 15 athletes

Deana Forbes (Danville, Va./George Washington) took second in the 100-meter hurdles and qualified for the ECAC Championships with a personal-best time of 14.15. It was the fifth-fastest time in JMU history. Forbes added a fourth-place finish in the 200-meter dash with the ninth-fastest time (24.77) in program history, finishing just ahead of freshmanÂ
Annie Johnson (Medford, N.J./Shawnee), who took fifth with the 10th-fastest time all-time at JMU (24.78).

Abby Duncan (Keedsville, Md./Boonsboro) to earn All-CAA status in the 4x100 relay. The group finished in 46.41, the fourth-fastest time in program history and the fastest this season for JMU by a full second.
