QUOTING COACH TA' FRIAS"We had a solid weekend. This meet gave us a good idea of what we need to work on to get ready for the championship meet in a few weeks. We did take a few bumps and literal bruises in some of the relays, but we are looking to build on the mistakes and get ebetter with each week."
