The Dukes return to the Atlantic Union Bank Center to host the Drexel Dragons on Thursday, Mar. 3 at 7 p.m.
JMU enters Thursday's game following a 68-63 win over Hofstra on Sunday, Feb. 27.
Kiki Jefferson led all players with 23 points while Jaylin Carodine recorded her fifth double-double of the season with 15 points and 12 rebounds.
Jefferson leads JMU in both points (18.6) and assists per game (2.7). The junior guard ranks third in the nation with 160 made free throws.
Carodine is one of just two players in the CAA averaging 10+ rebounds a game as she pulls down 10.6 boards per outing.
Leading the Dukes from three-point range is Madison Green with her three-point percentage of 30.5. Green has knocked down 43 three pointers thus far this season, 21 of which have come in the last five games. She adds 6.4 points per game for JMU.
The Dukes are currently shooting 38% from the floor, 28.3% from three-point range and 73% from the foul line.
 SCOUTING THE DRAGONS
Drexel arrives in Harrisonburg with a record of 23-3 (15-1 CAA).
Their lone conference loss came to the College of Charleston on Feb. 6, where the Cougars escaped with a 74-73 victory in Philadelphia.
Since the loss, the Dragons have been on a six-game winning streak.
Keishana Washington leads Drexel with 19.6 points per game. Her scoring average ranks second in the conference.
Tessa Brugler adds 14.3 points per night along with a team-best 8.6 rebounds.
The third Dragon to average 10+ points a game is Hannah Nihill with 13.5. Nihill is Drexel's assist leader with 5.1 handouts a game.
The Dragons are first in the conference and fifth in the nation with their assist turnover ratio of 1.47.
Drexel also ranks first in the CAA and third in the country in fewest turnovers (291).
 SERIES HISTORY
JMU leads the all-time series against the Dragons 29-16.
The Dukes are 16-3 when playing Drexel in Harrisonburg.
On Feb. 16, 2022, the Dukes fell 64-61 at Drexel. The Dragons outscored JMU 17-9 in the final quarter to come from behind and win their second-straight matchup against the Dukes.
Green led JMU in scoring with 17 points while Carodine led the Dukes on the boards with 12.
