LYNCHBURG, Va. – James Madison excelled on the track on Saturday afternoon on the final day of Liberty's Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational.

Holly Mpassy set a PR of 24.78 in the 200-meter dash, placing her sixth in the JMU record book. Former Duke Meredith Willis owns the program record with a 23.85 time to win the ECAC 200-meter title in 2020.

Jordyn Henderson finished runner-up in the 60-meter hurdles in a season-best 8.36 clip – good for third in the Sun Belt Conference. Henderson owns the school record with an 8.30 performance at last year's conference indoor championships for bronze.

In the mile,
Kylie Brooks broke five minutes with a 4:57.83 effort. Her time is the fastest by any Duke this season and the sixth-best time in the Sun Belt Conference.

Lastly, the quartet of
Kam'Dyn Thomas,
Christine Fitzgerald,
Darian Harris and Mpassy placed fourth in 3:50.95 behind Duke (1st – 3:44.17), Charleston Southern (2nd – 3:46.90) and Liberty (3rd – 3:50.82).
