PISCATAWAY, N.J. – Four James Madison divers closed out the first day of the NCAA Zone A Diving Championships on Monday, competing on the 3-meter board at the Rutgers Aquatic Center.

Alexa Holloway, juniors
Natalie Jones and
Maddie O'Mera and sophomore
Kate Vitolo all qualified for the first day of Zones by scoring at least 285.00 points on the 3-meter board during a meet this season.

Holloway was the top scorer for JMU, scoring 265.60 points to finish 26
th in the prelims. Vitolo followed by scoring a 263.50, ahead of O'Mera (237.30) and Jones (233.15).

Up Next
Zones will continue for the next two days, with the 1-meter board on Tuesday, March 11 and platform diving held on Wednesday, March 12. All four Dukes will compete on the 1-meter, while Holloway, O'Mera and Jones compete in on platform.
