Tyson Thomas announced the women's tennis program's fall tournament schedule, which features three trips around the Commonwealth.
The fall slate kicks off Sept. 13-14 in Williamsburg, Va., when JMU competes at the Tribe Invitational, hosted by William & Mary.
The Dukes could also see individuals compete at the ITA All-American Championships, which takes place Sept. 20-28 in Cary, N.C. The field for that event will be announced in the coming weeks.
JMU heads over the mountain to Charlottesville from Oct. 10-12 to take part in Virginia's Wahoowa Invitational. The following week, on Oct. 16-21, the squad heads to Blacksburg, Va., for the ITA Atlantic Regional Championship.
The Dukes head back to the Triangle in North Carolina on Oct. 31 through Nov. 2 for the Elon Invitational.
Following the Elon event, the Dukes could potentially send athletes to the ITA Conference Masters Championship in San Diego, Calif., or the ITA Sectional Championships in Chapel Hill, N.C. Both of those postseason tournaments will be held. Nov. 6-9. The NCAA Individual Championships conclude fall play in Orlando, Fla., on Nov. 18-23.
JMU's dual-match schedule for the 2026 spring will be announced later in the fall.
