- Daughter of Jules and Helen Lejeune
- Mom, Helen, and aunts, Lisanne and Florentine Steenberghe, were members of Dutch national team that won the 1990 world championship
- Mom, Helen, and aunt, Lisanne won the bronze medal in hockey for The Netherlands at the 1988 Olympics as well as won the world championship in 1986
