As a redshirt freshman: Spring 2008 JMU Dean's List... tallied a season high of five assists along with two aces and six digs against Davidson...had only kill of the season and five digs against Connecticut...totaled seven digs, two aces and one assist against High Point...had two aces and three digs against Maryland...while playing Temple had seven digs and two aces...dug out nine balls and had two assists and one ace against George Mason...against Howard had two aces and six digs...totaled 13 digs against VCU along with one ace...tallied three assists and one ace against William & Mary...achieved a season high of 16 digs while playing Georgia State...totaled an impressive 15 digs at Delaware...served a career high of five aces against Northeastern.

Before JMU: Played scholastically for Clovis West and on such clubs as Redwave Extreme, Central Cal, Sports City and Fresno... played six years in the Junior Olympics... was a captain and earned First-Team All-Tri-Rivers, First-Team All-City and Clovis Invitational All-Tournament, and earned Eagle of Honor award as a senior... appointed to athletic leadership counsel as the volleyball representative as a senior... also lettered in soccer... was the setter for Redwave Extreme team that went 18-1 and placed 10th in the Junior Olympics held in Atlanta... was heavily involved in leadership/student government, editor of yearbook, FCA member, Multi-Cultural Advisory Committee, and lifetime member of the California Scholastic Federation... earned Foundation West Scholarship and Liberty Elementary School Scholarship... scholar-athlete... member of community service group Assisteens and coached volleyball at Liberty Elementary School.
