Softball Schedule Changes to Macado's Invitational

HARRISONBURG, Va. - James Madison softball will host its first home competition this weekend with changes announced on Thursday to the Macado's Invitational to be held Feb. 26-28 at Veterans Memorial Park, as part of the schedule alterations, JMU's 2016 home opener will now be Saturday, Feb. 27 at 3 p.m. against Toledo.

Friday's schedule begins at 12 p.m. with Robert Morris vs. Binghamton followed by Saint Joseph's vs. Toledo at 2:30 p.m. The games originally scheduled for JMU vs Binghamton and Robert Morris vs Toledo will no longer take place.

All four games on Saturday have been moved earlier by 30 minutes starting at 10:30 a.m. with Toledo vs. Saint Joseph's. Sunday's game will remain on schedule with James Madison playing at 2:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.
