WASHINGTON, D.C. – James Madison women's tennis swept Howard 7-0 on Friday afternoon, the Dukes' second complete sweep of the spring.

JMU (5-2) earned the doubles point over Howard (0-2) with three match victories, as no score went higher than 6-3. The Dukes then took all six singles points in two sets, their third sweep of singles play this spring.

Junior Dylan Owens stretched her singles win streak to nine with a two-set win over Olivia Pelham at the No. 5 position. Junior Kimmy Herrock stretched her win streak to four with a 6-3, 6-4 win over Kindha Nasef at No. 3 singles.

Senior Timea Guibe has a team-best 13 singles victories overall this year, capped by a two-set victory (6-2, 6-1) over Jessica Josiah at the top position.
