Shelby Staib recorded the second-best javelin performance in Dukes' history Friday at the Bob Davidson Invitational hosted High Point University.

HIGH POINT HIGHLIGHTS
- Staib finished second in the javelin with her mark of 157' 1" (47.88m) to now rank second on the Dukes' all-time top 10 list in the event.
-Also having a standout performance was
Danielle Little in the hammer throw. Little registered a mark of 161' 3" (49.15m) to finish 13 inches (.34m) shy of tying her fourth-place all-time top 10 mark of 49.49m.

Jaiden Martellucci found herself on the Dukes' all-time top 10 list in the hammer throw as she egistered a mark of 150' 8" (45.92m) to sit at seventh all-time.

RICHMOND HIGHLIGHTS
-The Dukes' distance squad competed at the Fred Hardy Invitational Friday afternoon at Richmond.
-Rookie
Sofia Terenziani highlighted the meet in Richmond for JMU with her ECAC qualifying time of 4:33.12 in the 1500m.
