VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. – The James Madison track & field program produced four top-10 program marks, including one school record, on Saturday night inside the Virginia Beach Sports Center.

Skyla Davidson produced JMU's second-best triple jump mark ever for the Dukes with a leap of 12.32m, finishing second in the event. Junior
Miranda Stanhope moved to sixth in program history in the 3000m run after registering a time of 9:43.18 for first. Sophomore
Jaiden Martellucci improved to 15.25m in the weight throw, remaining eighth in the JMU record book.
How It Happened
- In the sprints, sophomore Virginia Keys ran a career-best 7.85 clip in the 60m dash for fourth.
- Freshman Asia Powell finished runner-up in the 200m dash with a time of 25.36.
- The Dukes swept the 400m dash, led by sophomore Holly Mpassy (56.39), followed by classmate Sofia Lavreshina (57.61), and freshman Kadence Wilson (57.79)
- Senior Sinead Sargeant took fourth in the 800m dash with a time of 2:20.09, while classmate Ann Dunlop finished sixth in 2:20.78.
- Classmates Clare Morelli and Maddy Hesler went 3-4 in the miles with personal-best times of 5:06.94 and 5:08.13, respectively.
- JMU swept the mile, highlighted by Stanhope's 9:43.18 performance. Senior Laura Webb took silver in 10:02.68, while sophomore Sofia Terenziani produced a personal-best time of 10:14.43. Freshman Faithe Ketchum (10:17.84) took fifth, while senior Jessica Cantrell (10:33.48) placed sixth.
- Sophomore Jordyn Henderson finished fifth in the 60m hurdles with an 8.77 clip. Senior Skyla Davidson ran the event in 8.84 for sixth.
- The 4x400m relay crew of Lavreshina, Wilson, senior Ariana Eberly, and Mpassy took the gold in 3:52.90, the best time for the Dukes this season.
- With a clearance of 1.70m in the high jump, sophomore Alex Kwasnik is tied for third in the JMU record book. Kwasnik took second in the event, while Paige Miller placed third at 1.55m.
- Davidson placed second in the triple jump at 12.32m, while junior teammate Jordan Venning finished fourth with a mark of 11.75m.
- Martellucci PR'd in the weight throw at 15.25m, while classmate Ryann Bennett registered a career-best heave of 14.35m, nearly two meters better than her previous best mark.
- Lastly, the Dukes swept the pentathlon, led by senior Bethany Biggi (3,273), followed by freshmen Jenna Callan (2,811) and Gracen King (2,792).
- Biggi won four pentathlon events: high jump (1.63m), long jump (5.11m), shot put (9.12m), and 800m run (2:29.10).

- The program record in the 3000m is held by former All-American Bethany Eigel who ran 9:24.87 in 1998.
- Former Olympian Tiombé Hurd still holds the school's top triple jump mark at 13.03m from 2005.
