HARRISONBURG, Va. – James Madison Head Coach
Tyson Thomas announced the signing of Sierra Vagi to an aid agreement, and she will join the women's tennis program in the fall of 2026.
A native of Glen Allen, Va., Vagi is a five-star recruit who is one of the top players in the Commonwealth of the Virginia after posting winning ledgers at multiple national events.
"We are thrilled to be adding Sierra to the team next year," Thomas said. "We got to know Sierra before seeing her play and knew her values, work ethic and ambitions aligned with what we're building here. Once we saw her play, looking at her athleticism and ball striking, we were sold immediately. To top it all off, she is a Virginia kid, and it's always a goal of ours to attract some of the best players in the region. We can't wait to get Sierra to campus and are sure she's going to have an amazing career as a Duke!"
