DUKES CELEBRATE SENIOR DAY ON FRIDAY NIGHT AGAINST COASTAL
- James Madison men's basketball hunts for its seventh straight win on Friday night, as the Dukes are set to take on the Coastal Carolina Chanticleers to close the regular season at 8 p.m. inside the Atlantic Union Bank Center.
- The Dukes have won six straight games, entering Friday with a record of 17-13 (9-8 Sun Belt). Coastal Carolina is 18-12 (10-7 Sun Belt), most recently taking down Georgia State 76-71 on Feb. 24.
- These two teams met last week in Conway, S.C., with the Dukes coming away with a 67-65 win over the Chants.
- This game will also mark the end of the regular season for both teams.

- 44: JMU freshman Christian Brown finished with a block last night against Georgia Southern, bringing his 2025-26 season total to 44. He is now second on the JMU all-time freshman list for blocks, trailing only Andre Nation (47, 2012-13).
- 94: JMU guard Cliff Davis finished with 22 points and four threes againt Georgia Southern, bringing his season total to 94. He now is in sole possesion of fifth place on the JMU single-season threes list, needing one to tie Stuckey Mosley (2018-19) and Kyle Swanston (2008-09) for third.
- 13: JMU enters this game with a season-long six game winning streak. In the past two seasons under Preston Spradlin, the Dukes own a record of 13-4 in the month of February and are 6-1 this season, only falling to Louisiana on Feb. 4.

- JMU moved into sole possession of eighth place in the Sun Belt men's basketball standings.
- The Dukes improved to 13-4 in the month of February under Preston Spradlin.
- JMU improved to 13-1 under Spradlin when shooting 50 percent or greater from the floor. The Dukes shot 54.2 percent (26-of-48) from the floor, their second game in a row at 50 percent or greater.
