Why did you choose JMU?
JMU is an instate school that is good for my major and sport.
What is your major/minor and why did you choose it?
SMAD with a concentration in Journalism. When I find a topic I'm interested in, I really get into writing about it.
What are your goals for the 2010 season?
To contribute to the team anyway I can to help us achieve what we believe we can.
What are your hobbies or interests off the field?
I enjoy playing pickup basketball and football, hanging with friends, and I'm starting to get into cars and learning the guitar.
Do you have any unique talents?
After watching a movie for the first time I can usually quote back most of the movie.
What was your most memorable baseball moment before JMU?
I hit a walk off homerun to advance to the District Championship in American Legion Baseball my senior year.
What is the best advice you have received?
During times of adversity just keep pushing forward.
What advice would you give a prospective recruit?
Send video tapes to the schools you want to go to but follow that up with attending camps at those schools and introduce yourself to the coaches.
Do you have a nickname on the team?

What is the best class you have taken at JMU?
I would say the best class I have taken at JMU is GPHIL 120. The professor Patrick Fleming really keeps the class entertaining and the class itself brings about new perspectives of the world.
What do you want to do after college?
I would love to continue my career in baseball.
Who or what influenced you to get involved in baseball?
My parents had me play a lot of sports when I was little but I enjoyed baseball the most so they supported, coached, and pushed me to be the best player I could become.
