2010-11
- JMU debut with one minute in loss at No. 3 Kansas State
- Career-high four minutes at Radford
- First career points with a pair of free throws along with first rebound and first two assists in home win over Towson
Before JMU:
- Played as a senior for Roger Kolmansberger at Second Baptist High School
- Also played AAU for Keith White with Houston Hoopstars
- Transferred to Second Baptist High School and led team to State Championship game senior year
- First Team All-District senior year
- Competed as a junior for Stratford High School and appeared in just eight games due to state rules
- Played for St. Pius X sophomore year, reached final four of State Championship
- State Championship with St. Pius X and All-State honorable mention as a freshman
- Also won State Championship in Football freshman year and ran varsity track as a freshman and sophomore

Why did you choose JMU?
I chose JMU because my mom and I felt really good about this school when I came on my visit.
What is your favorite thing about JMU?
The people. Everyone is friendly and easy to get along with
What's your major? Why did you choose it?
My major is Sports Management and I wish to be a sports agent one day
What's your favorite JMU memory outside of basketball?
Just hanging out with friends from either the basketball team or my dorm
What are your hobbies outside of basketball?
I love to fish and spend time with my family
Who is the most influential person in your life?
My dad because he takes care of his entire family
Who influenced you to get involved in basketball?
It's something I picked up on my own. My brothers played so I started playing
What are your goals this season? Both individually and as a team.
Well we want to finish number one in our league this year as a team and be the best defensive team we can be. Individually I just wish to improve my knowledge of the game.
Most embarrassing moment during a game?
I was dribbling down court on a fast break and I stopped at the top of the key to shoot a 3 pointer and the ball slipped out of my hands as I was shooting and landed at the free throw line.
Most memorable basketball moment? (JMU, AAU, HS, etc.)
Winning the state championship my freshman year
What team do you look forward to playing more than any other?
Kansas State. I have a lot of respect for their program
What's the best advice you've ever received?
My dad told me to just believe in your game
What's your pre-game ritual?
No particular ritual, I just listen to rap music and envision myself making good plays in the game
Best player you've ever played against?
The best player I've ever played against is John Henson who now goes to North Carolina
What's your favorite memory from your recruitment trip to JMU?
Playing pick up games with the basketball guys.
What do you enjoy most about playing your position?
I control the offense and what we run
Who do you consider your biggest supporter at games?
My mother. She is always yelling in the stands
What are you going to miss most about JMU when you graduate?
Just being in college and the college life.

If you could be on a reality show, which would you choose? Keeping up with the Kardashians
If you could be a superhero, what would you want your superpower to be? I would want to be super fast like the flash
