College: At JMU: 2009: Tied third on team in goals. JMU Athletic Director Scholar Athlete. 2008: Tied second on team in assists (4) and tied third in goals (4). JMU/Comfort Inn Invitational All-Tournament Team.
At Tampa: 2007: NSCAA All-America first team. NSCAA All-South Region first team. Her penalty kick in an overtime shootout vs. Franklin Pierce clinched the NCAA championship for the Spartans. Tampa compiled a 20-2-3 record. Defender who scored five goals, including three game-winners. 2006: Part-time starter on defense for Tampa head coach Bob Johnston (now a JMU assistant).  Tampa compiled a 18-3-1 record.
High school and club: Her club team won a state championship. Awarded scholarships from Peninsula Athletic Association Youth, Gig Harbor Soccer Club and Gig Harbor Peninsula Kiwanis.
