CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – James Madison track & field wrapped up its time at the Virginia Challenge, highlighted by recording one top 10 program mark this weekend at Lannigan Field.
On Friday, Madelyn Moles cleared 3.75m (12-3.5) in the pole vault for fourth in program history and seventh overall in the event.
How It Happened
- Erica Moolman placed fourth in the pole vault at 3.75m (12-3.5).
- Holly Mpassy clocked in at 54.02 in the 400-meter dash for fifth.
- The 4x400-meter relay crew of Kam'Dyn Thomas, Esther Saint-Germain, Darian Harris and Mpassy finished in 3:49.77 for sixth, with Mpassy closing in 54.28.
- Earlier, Thomas produced a season-best 14.43 (+3.4) clip in the 100-meter hurdles.
- In the steeplechase, Kristin Giordano ran a season-best time of 11:27.58 for seventh.
