HARRISONBURG, Va. – The James Madison men's golf program has unveiled its 2025-26 slate, Head Coach
Carter Cheves announced on Friday, July 11.
The fall portion of the schedule will commence at the Whirlwind Invitational (Sept. 8-9) at the Whirlwind Golf Club in Phoenix. Following the trip out west, the Dukes will compete in the JT Poston Intercollegiate (Sept. 14-16) in Waynesville, N.C., and the Nemacolin Invitational in Farmington, Pa., (Sept. 29-30) to close out the month of September.
After a two-week break, JMU will conclude its fall slate at the Everett Buick Classic (Oct. 13-14) in Little Rock, Ark., and the Furman Intercollegiate (Oct. 18-19) in Greenville, S.C.
The Dukes' Spring schedule will open with the Daytona Intercollegiate at LPGA International Golf Club in Daytona Beach (March 2-3) and the Babygrande Donald Ross Collegiate at Midpines Golf Club (March 9-11). JMU will then return to the Seahawk Intercollegiate (March 30-31), where it finished in second place in 2024-25.
The regular season wraps up with the Giles-Spratley Collegiate (April 6-7) in Midlothian, Va., at the Independence Golf Club and a return trip to the Mountaineer Invitational (April 13-14) at the renowned Pete Dye Golf Club in Bridgeport, W.Va.
The 2026 Sun Belt Championship will return to Madison, Miss., and Annandale Golf Club April 26-30, where the Dukes finished fifth last season.
