At JMU: Second-year Duke who should play a key DT role, said DL coach George Barlow… also has seen time at DE since transferring from Tennessee during the summer of 2003 and has the athletic ability needed for that position, Barlow said… in 2003 played in 10 games and started at DT vs. Northeastern… had four QB hurries overall… involved in three tackles, forced a fumble and had two hurries vs. Charleston Southern… vs. Richmond took part in three stops and had a hurry… involved in two stops at Virginia Tech and William & Mary.
Before JMU: Used at DE, TE and FB in two Tennessee years (one as a red-shirt)… at Princess Anne High School was a TB, LB and DE… ran for 1,197 yards and had 156 tackles as a senior… averaged 14 points per game in basketball.
