2007-08: Indoor track--School record in pentathlon (3,556). ECAC pentathlon and triple jump qualifier. Outdoor track--Placed 10th in heptathlon and 18th in triple jump at ECAC Championships. All-conference (CAA) in heptathlon after a second-place finish at CAA Championships.  Conference (CAA) Commissioner’s Academic Award. Other--JMU Athletic Director Scholar Athlete.
2006-07: Outdoor track--School record in heptathlon (4,724). Placed 10th in heptathlon and 19th in triple jump at ECAC Championships. All-conference (CAA) in heptathlon after a second-place finish at CAA Championships.  Conference (CAA) Commissioner's Academic Award. Other--JMU Athletic Director Scholar Athlete.
2005-06: Outdoor track--Placed 23rd in heptathlon at Junior Nationals. Also Junior Nationals triple jump qualifier. Placed 31st in triple jump at ECAC Championships. Conference (CAA) Commissioner's Academic Award.Â
High school: Outdoor track--All-county first team as a sophomore, junior and senior and second team as a freshman. All-Metro Baltimore first team as a junior. Participated in triple jump and javelin in AAU Junior Olympics. Set school record in the triple jump. Team field events MVP as a senior. Team captain as a junior and senior. Her team was fifth in state championships and Region 3A North runner-up 2004 and seventh in state, region runner-up and Upper Chesapeake Bay Athletic Conference champion 2005. The Mustangs won county championships 2002, 03, 04. Other--Three-time all-county in soccer. All-state second team and team captain as a senior. Her soccer team was state semifinalist and conference, division and region champion fall 2004 and county champion and region semifinalist fall 2003. Career totals of 39 goals and seven assists and set school record for goals in a game with five and school record for all-time points.
