2007: CAA all-tournament team. Among NCAA leaders in draw control average (29th). Team leader in draw controls. CAA Commissioner's Academic Award.  IWLCA Academic Honor Roll. Â
2006: Led team in draw controls. CAA Commissioners Academic Award. JMU Athletic Director Scholar Athlete.Â
2005: CAA All-Rookie Team. Led team in draw controls. Played on Mid-Atlantic 2 team at U.S. Lacrosse National Tournament. CAA Commissioner's Academic Award.
High school and club: All-America first team as a senior and honorable mention as a junior. Northern Region and Patriot District Player of the Year as a senior. Washington Post All Metro second team as a senior. Four-time All-Northern Region (first team as a sophomore, junior and senior and second team as a freshman). Four-time all-district first team. All-Journal Newspapers as a junior and senior. Also played field hockey, and was all-state first team as a senior and three-time all-region and all-district.  Honor roll student.
