ELON, N.C. – James Madison men's tennis stumbled during quarterfinal action of the 2017 CAA Men's Tennis Championship as No. 4 College of Charleston topped the fifth-seeded Dukes 4-0 on Friday morning at the Jimmy Powell Tennis Center.

Damon Roberts toppled Charleston 6-2 on No. 2, but the Cougars (14-7) earned victories in the final two doubles matches to earn the point.
The Cougars took back-to-back, two-set victories at the No. 5 and No. 2 courts to push ahead for a 3-0 lead. Senior
Miljan Ruzic forced a decisive third-set at No. 6 after blanking Alec Anradgi 6-0 in set two, but Anradgi answered with a 6-3 victory in the final stanza to notch the decisive point for Charleston as the Cougars advanced to Saturday's semifinals.
