MANAHAWKIN, N.J. – James Madison field hockey saw eleven players earn a spot on the 2024 NFHCA Division I National Academic Squad, the organization announced Wednesday. The National Field Hockey Coaches Association honored 1,097 student-athletes from over 80 institutions.

 National Academic Squad program honors student-athletes who have achieved a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher through the fall semester, nominated by their NFHCA member coaches.

Brown University, Monmouth University, and Villanova University led with 22 selections each. Impressively, 170 honorees earned this distinction for the fourth consecutive year.
