Quoting Head Coach Rebekah Ricksecker
"I'm pleased with our performance today. We moved up really well throughout the race and improved on our team average by 39 seconds compared to our last 6k and had seven lifetime bests. Anna Pucilowski continued her phenomenal season by getting a medal for her top-25 finish. Carol-Anne Garrett had a huge race today, pushing the pace and being rewarded with a big PR. The biggest improvement of the day was Ellie Rainey with a monster race, crushing her PR by a minute and 20 seconds. This was a great day, and I'm really proud of the effort and performance of our athletes."
