"Today was a great day. We attacked the race and ran with heart. Senior Sidney Walters led our team to an 18-second one-through-five spread. Carol-Anne Garrett, Taylor Myers, and Ariana Logsdon had huge breakthrough performances. There are a few tweaks we need to make as a team to tighten up for the upcoming championships, but overall I'm super proud of our team's effort and performance today."
