Bio
2006: Named Colonial Athletic Association doubles team of the week with teammate Jesse Tarr and also named to the CAA third team in doubles. The duo finished the spring season with an 8-2 record and won their last five matches... 12-12 record in singles play. ITA Academic All-American.
2005: Competed in the Washington & Lee Invitational during the fall season. Ended the tournament with a 1-2 record. Did not play during the spring season.
2004: Compiled a 14-2 record with partner Martin Rohricht during the spring season. Had a 10-9 mark for the spring in singles competition.
2003: Finished the year 10-8 in singles competition and a 7-7 mark in doubles during the spring season. Won the Washington & Lee South Carolina Invitational Flight 3 singles in three sets (6-7, 6-4, 6-2).
Personal: John Holman Snead... sister Amanda currently plays on the JMU volleyball team... business management major.
