 2007: Conference (CAA) all-tournament team. JMU team's defensive MVP.

High school and club: Peninsula District Co-Player of the Year as a senior. All-Southeast Region as a junior and senior. Four-time All Peninsula District and Newport News Daily Press All-Star. Virginia H.S. Coaches Association Senior All-Star Game 2004. Team captain three years and team MVP as a freshman, junior and senior. Set school records for goals in a game (8, as a freshman) and in a season (38, as a senior). Olympic Development Program state team and district team 2000-03. Her Vista Firestars club team won state championship.  Also played for Pride of McLean team that was Mediterranean International Cup finalist in a tournament in Barcelona. Invited to train with the of the United Soccer Leagues Women’s League W-1 division. Also All Peninsula District in field hockey as a sophomore. National Honor Society member. Ranked 12th of 435 in her senior class.
