2007-08: Outdoor track--School records in discus (43.94m/144'2") and hammer (46.84m/153'8"). Placed 24th in discus at ECAC Championships. All-conference (CAA) in hammer throw after a third-place finish at CAA Championships. Conference (CAA) Commissioner’s Academic Award. Other--JMU Athletic Director Scholar Athlete.
2006-07:Â Outdoor track--Fourth-best discus performance in JMU history at the CAA Championships with a fourth-place throw of 135'11".
High school: Indoor track--All-America as member of runner-up 55m hurdles relay at the National Scholastic Meet as a junior. State championships shot put sixth place as a senior. Shot put Central Region runner-up as a sophomore, junior and senior. Shot put Dominion District champion as a junior and senior. Manchester was district champion 2003, 2004, 2005. Outdoor track--Discus state champion as a sophomore and senior. Shot put fifth in state as a sophomore. Discus region champion as a junior and senior. Shot put third in region as a sophomore and senior. Discus district champion as a sophomore and senior. Shot put district champion as a junior and senior. All-district and regional qualifier in 100m, 300m hurdles, shot put and discus as a freshman. Team's Most Outstanding Athlete award as a senior, Outstanding Field Events Performer as a junior and Rookie of the Year as a freshman. Team was district champion from 2003, 2004, 2005.
