CONWAY, S.C. – James Madison men's tennis fell 5-2 at Coastal Carolina on Friday night in the Dukes' final road match before a seven-match home stand.
The Dukes (5-6, 0-1 CAA) dropped the doubles point to the Chanticleers (6-6, 1-0 Sun Belt) before winning two of the six singles matches.
Freshman Damon Roberts won at No. 2 singles in two sets (6-3, 7-6) against Luiz Faria. Senior Brett Moorhead won at No. 5 singles, taking down Zak Talic in three sets (6-4, 2-6, 6-0) to stretch his win streak to three.
