Malcolm brings passion for the game, natural coaching abilities, and a range of expertise to the tennis program at James Madison. A former player for the Dukes, he has competed at some of the highest levels of tennis in the nation.
Over the course of his coaching career, Peace has individually trained players who have gone on to compete at the collegiate level, assisted junior development at Mac360 Tennis Academy in Austin, Texas, and recently coached players that achieved several USTA tournament championship titles.
After relocating to Harrisonburg, Malcolm has continued coaching privately within the community and during the summer runs all aspects of the tennis program at Massanutten Resort. In 2012, Malcolm joined the acclaimed United States Professional Tennis Association with the highest ranking of “P1". Quoted as having a “natural eye for the game”, Malcolm will bring an immediate impact to the constantly improving James Madison tennis team.
