BOSTON, Mass. – James Madison track & field saw 
Jaiden Martellucci (Weight Throw), 
Faith Fuqua (200-meter Dash), 
Sofia Terenziani (Mile) and 
Ryann Bennett (Weight Throw) record top-10 program performances on the second day of the ECAC Indoor Championships at the Boston University Track & Tennis Center on Saturday afternoon.
 
Coming into the meet with a personal-best mark of 15.68m (51-5.5) in the weight throw, Martellucci produced a throw of 16.52m (54-2.5) for fifth to pick up four points for the Dukes. Bennett also made a large improvement with a mark of 15.34m (50-4) to move into ninth in school history.
 
In the 200-meter dash, 
Kaia Putman (24.46) and Fuqua (24.67) both advanced to the finals, with Fuqua's effort placing her No. 5 in program history. Terenziani entered the record book with an effort of 4:52.64 in the mile prelims, good for eighth in program history while locking a spot in Sunday's finals.
 
JMU sits in seventh through six of 20 events scored, tallying 12 points. Binghamton leads the field with 46 points, followed by Northeastern (30.5) and Mount St. Mary's (18).
 
How It Happened
	- Erica Moolman notched five points in the pole vault with a fourth-place effort of 3.75m (12-3.5), tying her career-best mark. Teammate Madelyn Moles cleared 3.40m (11-1.75) for seventh to tally another two points for JMU.
- Also in the field, freshman Violet Evans tied her personal best of 1.58m (5-2.25) in the high jump for eighth.
- Jordyn Henderson cruised in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 8.49, the fastest time in the prelims, while Kam'Dyn Thomas also advanced to the finals with a clip of 8.93.
- Kaia Putman (7.61), Kyndal Turner (7.65) and Henderson (7.68) all advanced to the finals of the 60-meter dash.
- Holly Mpassy produced the second-fasted 400-meter dash time of the day, clocking in a season-best 54.59.
- In the 500-meter competition, Meghan Hundley (1:20.81) and Grace Tate (1:20.98) advanced to the finals.
