2007-08: Indoor track--ECAC triple jump qualifier. Outdoor track--Member of school-record 400m relay team (46.13). ECAC 400m relay qualifier. All-conference (CAA) in 400m relay after a second-place finish at CAA Championships. Other--JMU Athletic Director Scholar Athlete.
2006-07:Â Outdoor track--ECAC 400m relay qualifier.
2005-06: Indoor track--Placed 12th in long jump at ECAC Championships. Outdoor track--ECAC 400m relay qualifier.
High school: Indoor track--Seminole District Athlete of the Year, Lynchburg News & Advance Athlete of the Year and all-area as a senior, Lynchburg News & Advance all-area team and Roanoke Times honor roll as a junior. All-state in triple jump as a junior. Region III long jump and triple jump champion as a senior. Also all-region in 60 yds and shot put as a senior and in 60 yds, 300 yds, shot put, long jump and triple jump as a junior. Nike National Meet qualifier in long jump and triple jump as a senior. District champion in 60 yds, long jump and triple jump as a senior and in shot put as a junior. Also all-district in 60 yds, 300 yds, long jump and triple jump as a junior and in 300 yds and shot put as a sophomore. Bedford Rotary Club track and field Athlete of the Year as a senior. School's MVP as a senior. Outstanding female athlete and team's most valuable runner as a junior and senior. Outdoor track--State group AA triple jump champion and long jumprunner-up as a senior. Region III long jump and triple jump champion as a senior. Seminole District 200m, long jump and triple jump champion as a senior. Also all-district in 100m and shot put as a senior, in the 100m, 200m, long jump, triple jump and shot put as a junior, in the 100m 200m and triple jump as a sophomore, and in the 100m as a freshman. Outstanding female athlete and team's most valuable runner 2002-05. Bedford Rotary Club track and field Athlete of the Year as a senior.Â
